Agent of the Year Tom Perrault – Rich & Cartmill - I am honored to be considered for Agent of the Year. As a commercial insurance producer at Rich & Cartmill, we take pride in helping our clients strategically mitigate business risk and are also very engaged in the community through a variety of civic and philanthropic efforts. Professionally, I hold CIC, AFSB, and CPCU designations and was recognized as Young Agent of the Year in 2022. Personally, I am blessed to have an outstanding wife and three great kids, ages 10, 9 and 7. We enjoy sports (particularly if the Golden Hurricane are playing!) and a variety of youth activities.
Ronnie Lutz – First Harvest Insurance - I am first and foremost a Husband and a father to my wife Lauren and our amazing 3 daughters Mackenzie, Norah, and Olivia. I love being with and around my family more than anything else! I've been in the insurance industry for 15 years while having left my practice of 13 years as a captive agent and just celebrated my 2-year anniversary as an independent agency. I love what I do! I love it now more than ever because as an independent agency, I have the opportunity to truly serve my clients and my community by listening to their needs and placing them with the appropriate policy. I love it because I can give others an opportunity to build a business for themselves within my agency while being a mentor when needed. The last 2 years of starting my career as an independent agency in what some call a challenging market has truly been a blessing because I haven't had time to dwell in the challenges. I simply focus on the freedom that I have to serve my community and its been amazing. The challenges simply remind me to be thankful for the wins, never take what we do for granted, and take advantage of every opportunity to educate. Outside of work I enjoy endurance sports. The last few years I haven't had a lot of free time to train and need to get back after it but previously I've completed 8 Marathons, 3 Century Rides,1 Half Ironman, and 1 Full Ironman.
Hannah Haltom- Haltom Insurance - I am incredibly honored to be nominated as agent of the year. I have worked at Haltom Insurance Agency for a combined 10 years. I have a Business Administration degree from NWOSU and an MBA from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. I have 4 kids, Arianna (13), Carlee (13), Kade (9) and Ezra (8), and a wonderful, supportive man, Clayton Roberts. In addition to the hard markets, this last year our agency went through some hard challenges as well. We lost several key personnel due to life changes as well as unexpectedly losing our owner, my mom, Joy Haltom, on August 30, 2024. My role within the agency changed dramatically, and there have been numerous challenges to spearhead. The mentorship of my mom and so many others over the course of my life has been such a blessing to me. I would not be the person I am today without it, and I am so thankful. I am also very thankful for the staff we have at Haltom Insurance Agency. Our agency wouldn't be where we are today without their hard work and dedication. I believe our attitude toward the challenges we face is a choice, and it directly determines the trajectory of our life. The spirit with which we approach those challenges in life directs the outcome. Hard seasons will come and go, but we have to keep our eyes on the road ahead and the positive things that we can do in our network of influence. When we uplift others around us, we all rise and excel. I want to be known as that type of leader. Thank you for honoring me with this nomination.
Alberto Pineda- Aarvin Insurance - My name is Alberto Pineda. I've been a part of Aarvin for 8 years now, which has been the best professional decision I have made. I enjoyed working with my teammates to help our customers in the best way possible in providing our services. Also, I have participated in leadership classes in our community to gain more knowledge and find resources to grow in business. The most important part of my life is my family, which motivates me to keep growing as a person and in this industry. In my free time, I love to go on vacations for new adventures and to make new memories. These experiences not only strengthened our family bond but also inspired me to bring fresh perspectives to my work. Stewart Berrong- Berrong Insurance - Stewart joined Berrong Insurance in 2008 where he started out processing endorsements. He loves being involved in his community, serving leadership positions with Weatherford Rotary Club, Weatherford Area Economic Development Foundation, and the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce. The Weatherford Chamber honored him with its Young Professional award in 2017. He served as Chairman of the Big I of OK from 2021-2022. He is now the Past President for the IIAA of OKC. He received a Chairman's Citation in April 2021 from Chairman, Chris Mosley. When Stewart's not helping clients, he enjoys spending time with his kids, as well as relaxing and listening to music.

Terri Hestand- CPC Insurance - During my 38 year insurance career, I have experienced the opportunity to work in claims, clients service and cross selling to enhance our clients' experience. I worked with a carrier, local independent agency and the last 9 years at CPC. I enjoy working with our owners and co-workers, but my passion is in servicing my clients, problem solving, meeting their insurance needs, along with educating them on their coverages. I also enjoy mentoring the younger generation to love insurance and to have passion in educating their customers. My down time is spent traveling with family and going to the beach.

In 2013, I expanded my professional repertoire by transitioning to the work comp industry and joining CompSource. Jerod Hromek – EMC Vickie Brill- RT Specialty Trina McCarroll- CompSource Mutual In 1985 I pursued the horse industry to OK from IL. While in OK I gained employment with a National Insurance Company. I am a 3rd generation family member who has worked in the insurance industry. I have enjoyed working for CompSource Mutual for 11 years. My current position is team lead under the agent underwriting team. My recreational time is spent showing my quarter horses, working at the barn and hanging out with my family.
Ashlea Bearden - Mid-Continent Group - Ashlea Bearden brings 13 years of insurance experience, spanning claims, underwriting, and marketing. Currently, Ashlea underwrites for Kansas and various non-state specific programs for MCG. Ashlea is dedicated to promoting the MCG brand and assisting agents in finding insurance solutions. Marketing Representative of the Year Susie Current- Mercury Insurance - I have been with Mercury for 7 years, and love working with our partner agencies. Watching and helping agents and agencies grow, whether that is in technical help or just needing a cheerleader in their corner, is by far my favorite part. Mercury has big growth plans on the horizon, and I am ready! Outside of Mercury, I am watching my 14 year old in all her activities and picking up old people hobbies like crocheting and a new hobby, sour dough bread. I have heard the chickens just show up once you start on bread making, we shall see!

I am honored to be nominated for the Small Agency of the Year. I started insurance in Norman Oklahoma at Agar-Ford-Jarmon and Muldrow Ins. Agency, I then moved and worked for a Farmers Insurance agency, then worked at a State Farm agency prior to going back to an Independent insurance agency. After working for Lynda Archey for 3 years I was offered the opportunity to purchase the agency. That was 25 1/2 years ago and I was very blessed to have the opportunity to own my agency. During this time I was honored to serve as a board member for 4 years. In our area we are known to be the agency to go to for the unusual insurance needs, which we couldn't meet without our G-A's. My office works well with other captive as well as other independent agencies and we do our best to take care of our clients/insureds. The Kimberlee Agency I am very honored to be nominated for small agency of the year. I came from 19 years of being a captive agent to opening my independent agency in 2019. Wolf Insurance OK, LLC - Wolf Insurance Ok, LLC was formed as an Independent Agency December 16, 2020, during the height of COVID-19. Crystal and I put on 10 direct carriers and 3 MGA's which allowed us to help around 200 clients during 2021 accounting for just over $1,000,000 in premiums. Fast forward to 2024; We were able to help 150 more new Clients. With year ending Agency premium of $3,000,000 and a combined Loss Ratio of just under 30%, all of our carriers were very happy.
